Today Lovely Books Shines The Author Spotlight On…

Jerry Adatsi

Jerry Adatsi has been interested in health and physical fitness for most of his life. This love manifested in curiosity on how the body converts food to fuel. The more he learned, the more he realized his own health choices weren’t exactly the best. This became more evident when he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a cancer of the lymph nodes in 1999. With this devastating news, he began to model his diets after things he learned and noticed quite a difference very quickly. Gone was his fatigue, his inability to concentrate, and the extra few pounds he’d been packing away. He has been free of cancer for over 20 years now.

He wants to find better ways to achieve health and share them with others that struggled as he did. He hopes his words inspire you, that his plans motivate you, and his story moves you to make a change for the better in your own life. If you heal your body, you will heal your life. After all, we only live once, why not enjoy every second—and more of them?
