Author Interview

How long have you been writing? When did you decide to become an author?

In my case I was confronted with and defeated unimaginable hardship, but more importantly, I have been inspired by it and I managed to channel all my anger and frustrations and turned them into writing and art: an elegant way of rising above the ugliness of the world.

How do you find inspiration?

Suffering is sometimes what it feels like to be human. We don’t grow despite it, but through it. We can declare – “No more suffering!” – yet we also know that we’ve grown from it, so it’s more of a thanksgiving than a deposition.

How do you go about writing a book? Do you have any schedule, tricks or tips to share?

I thought up most of my themes and characters in a prison cell, but due to my circumstances at that point, I could only rough-draft them. Once I had my freedom back, I started developing them allowing each character and story to grow and become an entity in their own right.

What kind of books do you read? Who is your favorite author?

none

What are you currently working on?

Phillips, DVG Group Corp, and V Art Gallery are delighted to announce the artist selected to create the world biggest ever oil painting. Besides the impressive size of 30.8 sq.m., 2.75m(H)x11.2m(W), the real task proves to be one of the greatest artistic challenges ever. The world wants the perspective to: ‘How the Devine stamped His DNA on our society’

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

When you've seen beyond yourself, then you may find, peace of mind is waiting there.

Do you listen to music when you write? If so, what kind of music?

Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.

Who is your favorite villain?

The only difference between a hero and a villain is… Who is telling the story!

If you had to pick between receiving a million dollars today, or $1000 a month for the rest of your life, which would you choose?

No one makes a million dollars with minimal effort unless they win the lottery.

If you could take anyone out for coffee, dead, alive, or fictional, who would it be?
